As I was chatting on the tele yesterday, I looked out my window to see this. Yes, you get a drawing because I was not skilled enough to continue my conversation and get the Canon. One could argue the purpose for this individual to be car-walking their dog is because it was raining, but a pansy would call it rain. The pavement was merely wet and it was misting. But STILL this is ridiculous.

wow intensity of insanity. This person had to be psycho...although I could see myself doing that sometime just to get people's reactions... but only when the gas prices are back down to like 80 cents a gallon.
