I'll miss my simple "all you need is love" Valentine in my campus mailbox this year.

As I was chatting on the tele yesterday, I looked out my window to see this. Yes, you get a drawing because I was not skilled enough to continue my conversation and get the Canon.
One could argue the purpose for this individual to be car-walking their dog is because it was raining, but a pansy would call it rain. The pavement was merely wet and it was misting. But STILL this is ridiculous.
